 
                PANJIT offers TVS and ESD products with a variety of power ratings to ensure high data transmission speeds. Our MOSFETs are compact devices with low resistance that assist in the high-efficiency performance of SSDs.
Solid State Disks (SSDs) use chip arrays to store data. Unlike traditional hard disk drives (HDDs), SSDs are not only much thinner and lighter, but also have a very fast startup speed and information transmission speed twice as fast as HDDs. Therefore, ensuring that SSDs function properly is key. For this reason, PANJIT has developed a series of thin and low-capacitance ESD protection components to effectively protect the chip, and small package MOSFETs with low resistance to ensure the normal switching operation of the SSD.
