Panjit's power Schottky diodes range from 20V to 200V and from 1A to 60A. They come in two types: standard-type power Schottky and H-type power Schottky.
The standard type Schottky diode provides a trade-off between forward voltage drop (VF) and leakage current (IR). It is typically used for current rectification on the secondary side to reduce power dissipation. This type is commonly designed for power applications such as chargers/adapters and consumer power.
Panjit's H-type power Schottky is a type of low leakage Schottky diode. These diodes use planar wafers with Pt barrier and are designed to offer low reverse current and extremely low forward voltage drop during high working temperatures (175℃). These features prevent thermal runaway issues and ensure high performance for applications that operate at high temperatures, such as industrial power, TV power, and automotive LED lighting.
For automotive applications, products with "-AU" should be selected. These power Schottky diodes are qualified based on the AEC-Q101 standard, which is typically required for automotive-grade devices.
