A milestone of becoming a total solution provider
PANJIT is extending the product portfolio by adding the PMIC (power management IC) family. This is a major milestone for PANJIT of becoming an SMPS total solution provider.
The PMIC family includes a resonant Flyback controller and active bridge. The resonant Flyback controller integrates a high-side 650V/4A 1.2Ω MOSFET in the TSSOP-18 package, it utilizes an active snubber circuit to make more effective use of the extra energy in the Flyback system. Benefiting from this unique control strategy, its system’s power switches (High-Side MOSFET and Low-Side MOSFET) are almost always Zero Voltage Switching (ZVS).
On the other hand, the active bridge controller functions as an “Almost No Loss Ideal Diode Bridge”. Its self-powered mechanism, purposefully tailored for bridge topology applications, eliminates the need for external power sources, which further minimizes space requirements. Consequently, this simplifies system configurations, optimizing overall efficiency while ensuring flawless operation.
