The GBJ3508HULV 800 V Ultra Low VF Bridge Rectifier features a low forward voltage drop and minimal leakage current, with a current rating of 35 A in a GBJ-2 package. Designed with an oxide planar chip junction and high surge current capability, it supports a maximum junction temperature (TJ) of 175℃, making it ideal for general purpose use in AC/DC bridge, gaming power supplies, PC power units, server power, and home appliances applications. Additionally, the product is green molding compound compliant with the IEC 61249 standard and EU RoHS 2.0 directive.
