The SK22~SK26 series consists of 20~60 V SURFACE MOUNT SCHOTTKY BARRIER RECTIFIERs with a current rating of 2 A. These products feature a low power loss and high efficiency in SMB package. Designed with high surge capacity, making it ideally suited for surface mounted applications in order to optimize board space. Additionally, the products are green molding compound compliant with the IEC 61249 standard and EU RoHS 2.0.
