The SB560YD 60 V Surface Mount Schottky Barrier Rectifier features a low forward voltage drop(VF) and low power loss with a current rating of 5 A. With high surge current capability, it is specifically designed for a wide range of applications in power supplies and consumer electronics in a TO-252AA package. The product is green molding compound compliant with the IEC 61249 standard and EU RoHS 2.0.
