The P6SMBJ5.0CA-AU~P6SMBJ70CA-AU series consists 5~70 V bi-directional SURFACE-MOUNT TRANSIENT VOLTAGE SUPPRESSORs with a power rating of 600 W. These products have been qualified in accordance with the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) standard Q101. Designed for surface-mounted applications, helping to optimize PCB space utilization. Encased in an SMB package, they can withstand a high soldering temperature of 260°C for 10 seconds. Additionally, this series is green molding compound compliant with the IEC 61249 standard and EU RoHS 2.0.
