The GS1A~GS1N series consists of 50~1200 V SURFACE MOUNT RECTIFIERs with a current rating of 1 A. These products feature low forward voltage drop for high efficiency in an SMA package. With glass passivated chip junction, this series is suited for surface mounted applications in order to optimize board space. Additionally, the products are green molding compound compliant with the IEC 61249 standard and EU RoHS 2.0.
