The BAV99W 100 V SURFACE MOUNT SWITCHING DIODE features high-speed switching and high breakdown voltage with a power rating of 200 mW. This diode is designed for in a surface mount package, SOT-323. Featuring high conductance, they are ideal for automatic insertion. Additionally, the products are green molding compound compliant with the IEC 61249 standard and EU RoHS 2.0.
