The BAT54 series comprises 30 V SURFACE MOUNT SCHOTTKY BARRIER DIOEDES available in a variety of package types, including SOD-323, SOD-523, SOD-923, SOT-23, SOT-323, SOT-363, SOT-523, SOT-563 and DFN1006-2L. These products are commonly used in high-frequency applications such as detectors, mixers, and nonlinear elements, having largely replaced germanium diodes. Additionally, they are well-suited for electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection in sensitive devices, including III-V semiconductor components, laser diodes, and, to a lesser extent, exposed lines in CMOS circuitry. This series is green molding compound compliant with the IEC 61249 standard and EU RoHS 2.0.
