The PEC3808AS-AU ~ PEC3836AS-AU Series consists of 8~36 V single-line bi-directional ESD Protection Diodes qualified in accordance with the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) standard Q101, ISO10605 and ISO7637-3. This series is specially designed for LED lighting, motor pump, EV Charging Pile and LIN BUS in automotive applications within an SOD-123 package. Additionally, these products feature green molding compound compliant with the IEC 61249 standard and EU RoHS 2.0.
