The GS8JC~GS8MC Series consists of 600~1000 V Surface-mount General Purpose Rectifiers featuring a low forward voltage drop and low leakage current, with a current rating of 8 A. These devices are built with a glass-passivated chip junction in SMC packages, making them ideally suited for automated assembly in a wide range of applications, including power supplies, inverters, converters, monitors, and other electronic devices. Additionally, the series is manufactured with a green molding compound compliant with IEC 61249 and EU RoHS 2.0 standards.
