The PE4305C2C-AU~PE4336C2C-AU series comprises 2-Channel Unidirectional ESD Protection Diodes qualified in accordance with the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) standard Q101 and ISO10605. This series offers a voltage range of 5 V to 36 V in a SOT-323 package, making them ideally suited for automotive applications. Additionally, these products feature green molding compound compliant with the IEC 61249 standard and EU RoHS 2.0.
