PM30003V-0405 series is an all-in-one motor control MCU solution integrating an ARM® Cortex®-M0 core running at 48 MHz, with 16 KB Flash and 4 KB SRAM. It features a built-in three-phase brushless gate driver and integrated P+N MOSFETs supporting up to 36 V operation. Key peripherals include a 12-bit 1 MSPS ADC, dual low-offset operational amplifiers, 2 UARTs, 1 I2C, and 1 SPI interface. Designed for high-efficiency motor control, the series also offers protection features such as under-voltage lockout (UVLO) and built-in dead-time control. With compact packaging and robust performance, the PM30003V-0405 is ideal for applications like fans, pumps, small appliances, UAVs, and robotics.
