The SBM1045VPC 45 V Surface Mount Extreme Low VF Schottky Barrier Rectifier features low thermal resistance and low power loss with a current rating of 10 A. Designed with high efficiency operation, making it ideally suited for automated placement and handling in an ultra thin profile TO-277C package for space constrained utilization. Additionally, the product is green molding compound compliant with the IEC 61249 standard and EU RoHS 2.0 directive for environmentally friendly performance.
