The GS1A-AU~GS1M-AU series is a surface-mount rectifier designed to optimize board space while delivering reliable rectification performance in an SMA package. It offers a wide voltage range from 50~1000 V and supports a continuous forward current of 1 A. These products have been qualified in accordance with the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) standard Q101. This series features a low forward voltage drop and is designed for easy pick-and-place assembly, ensuring efficient manufacturing. Additionally, the product features green molding compound compliant with the IEC 61249 standard and EU RoHS 2.0.
