The DMMT3906W-AU Dual PNP+PNP GENERAL PURPOSE SWITCHING TRANSISTOR is designed for automotive applications requiring specific change control, offering a maximum collector-emitter voltage (VCEO) of -40 V and a maximum collector current (IC) of -200 mA in a SOT-363 Package. This product has been qualified in accordance with the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) standard Q101. Additionally, the product is green molding compound compliant with the IEC 61249 standard and EU RoHS 2.0 for environmentally friendly performance.
