New Product
The PS4205-DFA Ultra-low Capacitance ESD Protection features low leakage current and clamping voltage with a capacitance of 0.2pF in a DFN2510A-10L package. It is ideally used in TVs, Ethernet 1G, 2.5G, monitors and motherboards for applications in computing, consumer electronics and communication devices. The product is green molding compound compliant with the IEC 61249 standard and EU RoHS 2.0.
