The PS4105-DFA 5 V Low Capacitance ESD Protection features low reverse leakage current of 0.5 uA in a DFN2510A-10L package. Specially designed for Motherboards, TVs, Power over Ethernet (PoE), Radio Frequency (RF), USB Type-C (4/3.2 Gen2) and DP (2.1/2.0). Additionally, it's widely utilized across different applications, including computing, consumer electronics and communication devices. The product is green molding compound compliant with the IEC 61249 standard and EU RoHS 2.0.
